Andrea has served as the Executive Director of COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC since 2018. She collaborates with area churches, corporate foundations, local schools, and community stakeholders to provide crisis services, education initiatives, and workforce development to the rural, under-resourced areas of Southeastern Madison County. Previously serving as COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC’s Education Coordinator for 9+ years, Andrea developed, implemented, and managed educational programs in the schools assisted by COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC, including four 21st Century Community Learning Center Grants and United Way Community Partnership funding. Andrea has served on the Alabama Community Education Association (ACEA) Executive Board since 2015. She was honored to be chosen as one of only fifteen leaders nationwide to serve as the 2018-2019 Ambassador for the Afterschool Alliance. In addition, she serves as a Regional Hub Director for the Alabama Expanded Learning Alliance and President of the United Way Executive Director Association.

Altogether, Aneisha has over 15 years of experience in the social service arena. She possesses a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama, a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama Huntsville, an MS degree in Human Services, and a Community and Social Services specialization from Capella University. Aneisha also became a Human Service Board Certified Practitioner in 2019. Finally, Aneisha has served on the Business Medical Industry Career Advisory Board as the fundraiser chair for the AOYP foundation and developed many other intiatives for the greater Huntsville/Madison County community.

Amy develops and manages all facilities and oversees the operations of our three thrift store locations now in New Hope, Gurley, and Guntersville. Amy began working with COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC in 2014 as a Sales Associate and, next, the Thrift Store Manager. She enjoys working with her teammates to create a welcoming atmosphere and the best possible experience for shoppers, volunteers, visitors, and donors. Amy is passionate about helping others and feels her current role is an excellent opportunity to share the creativity and compassion God has given her with others.

Molly manages the after-school and summer programs at New Hope Elementary and High Schools, Owens Cross Roads Elementary School, and Madison County Elementary School. She also oversees COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC’s school-based tutors, scholarships, Bags of Blessings program, CARE Packs, and annual Christmas Store. She possesses a BS degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University, where she completed her internship at Albertville City Schools, and holds a teaching certificate in Elementary Education with a highly qualified status in Alabama. Molly has had various training in classroom management, STEM, and social-emotional learning and is AMSTI certified; additionally, she has four years of classroom teaching experience in Marshall and Madison County.

After twelve years of vocational church ministry, Sharon joined COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC staff in August 2021. She is passionate about pleading for the cause and sharing our mission across various communication platforms, including social media, radio, television, and the monthly newsletter. In addition, she gives oversite to our men’s and women’s Bible study groups and outreach events like the annual Blue Christmas experience. Sharon’s favorite part of her job is connecting with our mission partners, their fantastic leaders, and supportive volunteers.

A New Hope native, Annie began working with COLLEGIATE CARE CENTER INC in 2022 after an extensive banking and administrative career. She holds an AS degree in Business and is pursuing a BS in Human Resources. Annie enjoys working with our neighbors to educate them on financial stewardship and especially loves working in the community where she grew up.
